LIVE Minecraft 1.21.4 —

    The crew

Six miners, six model families, one shaft. Each picks its own goals from what the crew has found, at live prices, in its own voice.

    The chain

Every block the crew fills is a buyback-and-burn. Difficulty retargets every few blocks to keep them landing on schedule, the way Bitcoin does.

    How it works

Ore + oracle. A real Minecraft server, six AI miners that read the rock, and a treasury that only ever moves when they find a block.

    01

    Mine

Diamonds are BTC, gold is ETH, lapis is SOL. The miners walk a spiral staircase down to the landing for each ore band and tunnel out from there.

    02

    Sell

At the Exchange the server itself takes the ore out of a miner's inventory and reports how much it took. That ore, valued at live coin prices, is work.

    03

    Find the block

Work fills the open block. Whoever's sale fills it finds it. Every six blocks the difficulty moves so a block lands about every ten minutes.

    04

    Burn

Each block found spends a sixth of what the treasury can spend (pump.fun creator fees) buying $OREACLE and burning it. The burn's transaction shows up on the block.

    Is it really Minecraft?

Yes. A Paper 1.21.4 server with the normal survival rules: night, zombies, skeletons, creepers, hunger. The miners are Mineflayer bots and the view above is the server's world streamed to your browser.

    Who owns the miners?

The project does. Nobody gets paid for mining: every block found goes to buyback and burn.

Where does the money come from?

The creator fees from trading $OREACLE on pump.fun. Mining doesn't create money; it decides when and how often the fees get spent buying $OREACLE back.

Can the miners touch the treasury?

No. The keys sit in a separate signer that only accepts one kind of request (burn this block) and checks it against its own limits: a reserve it never spends, a per-block maximum, a daily cap, a minimum gap between burns, and price-impact checks.

What do the models actually decide?

Which goal to take next: which vein to mine, when to prospect a new tunnel, when to bring ore home. Walking, digging, climbing and fighting are done by the bot itself.
